KFC-Pakistan, a subsidiary of Cupola, has been in Pakistan since 1997. It has more than 63 outlets in 18 cities throughout Pakistan with more than 2,000 people employed. KFC helps provide employment to many more through a network of dealers and partners. KFC-Pakistan is the first fast food-chain in Pakistan to provide equal opportunity employment to the speech and the hearing impaired Pakistanis, who are currently managing four restaurants in the country.

I am proud to be a Patron of such a vibrant and well-meaning Women’s Forum. We believe that giving back to community should not be an option for any successful company but a moral obligation. Cupola, the franchisors of KFC restaurants in Pakistan, has made dramatic progress in quick service restaurant business in Pakistan in just ten short years. However, the company is not solely driven by growth alone. Cupola has been involved for many years in working closely with schools and supporting teachers with various activities and conferences
In the past years saw a lot of activity by KWF. We had the Training workshop for the members, the success story sessions, Role Model 2007 that aimed to identify role models for the young workingwomen of this country from amongst their own gender ranks
Cupola Pakistan Limited is the only company from Pakistan that has been selected in list of finalists for Women Helping Women category for Stevie International Business Award.
I would like to add further that learn from people who have had success before you. Never be too proud to get advice from experts who have done what you are trying to do. If you don’t know someone personally in your field, go to a book store and read as much as you can. We need to empower each other. I want to see other women take a chance to reach their goals and find success.In the end, I would like to wish the KWF members a very successful networking year ahead.
