KFC launched the Women’s Forum in Jan 2006 with the aim of providing workingwomen an informal networking platform where they can develop leadership skills, simultaneously forming synergy to do community and welfare work. The forum comprises of a diverse group of professionals including editors of popular magazines and newspapers, members of provisional assembly, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, marketers, bankers, writers, educationalist, celebrities, and social workers. KFC women’s Forum encourages the synergy of this diversity by fascinating alliances through meetings, networking receptions and mentoring sessions where its younger members, who are working their way up the corporate ladder, benefit from the guidance and support of the Forum’s more accomplished patrons. The Forum’s Success Story Sessions, for this reason are immensely popular among young female executives.
KFC Women’s Forum enhances career development and personal and professional growths of its members through leadership development workshops and programs that help them realize their opportunities to grow and excel in tier respective positions. KWF forms alliances and partnership with other training organizations to get discounts on fee for its members.
The various events organized by the forum serve as a platform for its members for sampling, suggestions, and demonstrations of new products, services, and introductions to new program or any other news to be shared. KFC Women’s Forum also aims to serve as the medium through which its patrons can offer community services, and aspires to motivate, laude and commend such services through a program of Annual Awards.
